The house is big and spacious. It is a typically Mallorcan house that has been completely renovated and the interior is totally modern. It consists of 5 double bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, plus a courtesy bathroom. Large kitchen and dining room, and a pleasant living room with several spaces and fireplace area.
It has a large garden with pool and a large solarium with 10 sun loungers. The garden is surrounded by orange trees with fantastic mountain views.
The house is located in the interior of Mallorca, very close to the highway, between the towns of Inca and Binissalem.
It is the perfect place for cycling, horse riding, wine tasting and vineyard visits, excursions to the Serra de Tramuntana, other villages and beaches.
We are about 20 minutes from Palma; 10 minutes from Pollença, Alcúdia and Formentor; 15 minutes from Sóller, Valldemosa and Deià ..... Being in the center, we can visit any place in Mallorca without taking more than half an hour!
There is room for 10 people, and you will like the outdoor spaces, the light, the kitchen and the comfortable beds!
